"Great teas, great customer service!"
I'm not a tea person but I wanted to start drinking it for many reasons. Not knowing a lot about tea, I used the chat feature and she was wonderful! I told her what I liked, why I wanted to purchase teas and she led me to some truly delicious, fruity teas, which I like and will drink. I've made them both hot AND cold. The sample sizes are PERFECT if you're unsure. I don't know what some of these people are complaining about because I got GREAT service, extremely helpful advice (I like ALL 5 teas I ordered) and it came very quickly. I'm a convert!
